Each program offers practical support in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment, delivered by skilled staff including many with lived experience.

Our community support services operate across metropolitan and regional South Australia. Whether someone is looking to improve daily wellbeing, join local activities, feel less isolated or get short term guidance during a difficult period, Skylight offers programs that meet people where they are and walk alongside them at their own pace.

A free, short term program that helps people build social confidence and increase participation in their local community.

A personalised support service for people who need help navigating life challenges, building independence or accessing community resources.

Distress Brief Support

Distress Brief Support

A short term outreach program for people experiencing emotional distress who are not in immediate crisis. Located in Adelaide’s North.

Carer Services

Carer Services

In partnership with Carers SA, we provide various support options for carers through the Carer Gateway. Services include Carer Coaching & Carer Groups.

Delivered across regional South Australia, this service helps people build confidence, independence and social connection through one to one support and group activities.

Lived Experience Telephone Support Service

A free and confidential phone service staffed by trained peer workers with lived experience of mental health challenges. It offers support for people who need someone to talk to outside usual service hours.

Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS)

The Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) is based in Pukatja, also referred to as Ernabella. This program is a strengths-based, child-centred, family focused service.
